Yes, a $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your total.

Please include the full name of the dancer who has the appointment. The name must match the name used when booking. It should also match the name listed on the NDCA heat list. Business names, LLC names, or random notes won’t help us find you (we wish they did 😅). For example: “John Doe” vs “Jonathan Doherty” may not match on the heat list. To avoid confusion, always use the exact name the appointment is booked under.

The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable and applied toward your total. It’s best to complete your payment while you’re waiting. This helps avoid delays and makes sure Face ID recognizes you.

Less than 48–72 hours notice = full charge. No-show = 100% charge. Same-day changes are not allowed.
