Frequently asked questions
Do you offer second-day makeup touch-ups? (copy)
No, we do not offer makeup touch-ups on the second day.
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
Everyone is on a different washing schedule — your hair should feel fresh. If your hair feels greasy, it’s best to wash it. You do not need to wash your hair the night before. If you wash your hair the same day, it must be completely dry. Please do not arrive with wet or damp hair. This is especially important for waved or crimped styles, as we use heat tools. We do not always have time to blow-dry your hair. Slick styles: hair does not need to be freshly washed. Clean hair is still preferred for best results.
Can you do a curly ponytail?
Yes, as long as you bring your ponytail
For best results, we recommend bringing a curly ponytail extension
It gives quicker and more consistent results
If you prefer using your natural hair, please let us know in advance
If you have thick or long hair and want mini curls, an additional charge may apply due to the time required
We suggest you have a new curly hairpiece for every appointment
Can I do just eye makeup?
We do not offer partial makeup services. All makeup appointments are charged as full makeup.
Can I add rhinestones or pearls to my look?
Yes, just make sure to schedule it in advance
Up to 10 rhinestones are included with makeup
Full-face or full hair rhinestones is available with advance notice. It requires extra time and is charged at half of a full hair appointment (60$)
Please bring your own rhinestones for both makeup and hair. Bringing your own ensures we can achieve your desired look.
Should I come with a clean face?
Please come with a clean face. No products preferred. Light face mist / spray is okay.
