Please note that appointments made within 24 hours cannot be modified.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment you will be asked to pay in full.

Please understand that if you cancel after you received a confirmation message you will be charged in full. Cancelling at the last minute could have given someone else the opportunity to use that appointment time.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.

A "No-Show"/"No-Response" appointment is a subject to charge for the 100% of the service scheduled and we will have a right to refuse in future appointments.

Same day cancellation of one of scheduled appointments (if you decided to keep your hair overnight) is a subject to charge for $50 of the service scheduled. You will receive full hairstyle touch-up, including fixing all the flyaways, hairspray and everything that might need a quick fix.
